1. Service provider

2. Subject of the service

The Service Provider builds and operates B2B client acquisition systems for its Clients, including targeting, research, LinkedIn and email-based outreach, and the related content and administrative tasks.

3. How the engagement works

The engagement starts with a free assessment conversation, followed by building the strategy and the system, then ongoing operation and optimisation. The exact fees and schedule are set out in an individual proposal.

4. Fees and payment terms

Fees are as set out in the individual proposal. The one-off strategy fee is due when the system is built; the monthly fee is due monthly.

5. Termination

The monthly operation service may be terminated in writing with 30 days’ notice, after the end of any fixed term set out in the individual contract.

6. Liability

The Service Provider performs the engagement to the best of its knowledge and with professional care, but does not guarantee any specific business result (e.g. a set number of clients).

7. Miscellaneous

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the relevant provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code.
