aih_vid) and Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics are only used if you consent in the cookie banner. The AI Headz website uses cookies and similar technologies so that the site works properly, to measure traffic, improve the user experience and – with your consent – understand which content and services attract more interest.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files that a website can place on your device. They allow the website to recognise earlier sessions and collect information about how it is used.
2. Which cookies may we use?
Necessary cookies
These cookies are needed for the basic functioning of the website. For example, they ensure:
- that the website works properly,
- security,
- that your cookie settings are remembered.
Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the website. For example, we may look at:
- which pages are visited,
- how often visitors return,
- which content they are interested in,
- how much time they spend on each page,
- how they navigate within the website.
We use this data mainly to improve the website and our marketing.
Measuring interest and visitor activity
With your consent, we may also use technologies that let us derive an interest level or lead score from visitor activity on the website. For example, we may consider:
- the number of visits to the website,
- how often visitors return,
- the pages viewed,
- views of certain key pages, such as the audit or service pages,
- the interest shown during each visit.
Based on such data, we can estimate how interested a visitor or an already identified prospect is in our services.
Important: we do not claim to know the identity of a specific individual based on an anonymous website visit alone. If a visitor becomes identifiable in another way – for example by filling in the contact or audit form – their website activity may be linked to them, in compliance with applicable data protection rules.
Marketing and remarketing cookies
With your consent, we may also use marketing and remarketing technologies to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and show more relevant communication.
3. Lead scoring and sales priority
Activity data lawfully collected on the website may also be used in AI Headz’s internal sales processes. For example, a prospect may get higher priority if they return to the website several times within a short period and view several pages related to AI Headz services. This helps our sales team focus first on prospects who are likely to be more interested.
Lead scoring in itself does not constitute automated decision-making with legal effects, and is not intended to discriminate against anyone.
4. Third-party cookies and services
In the future, we may use third-party services to operate and analyse the website, such as analytics, advertising, CRM, marketing or visitor activity tools. The services actually in use and their cookies will be listed in the cookie banner and, where needed, in a detailed cookie list. No such third-party services are currently in use.
5. Cookie settings
You can give consent to non-essential cookies in the cookie banner on the website. You can change or withdraw your consent later via the cookie settings.
6. Cookie retention
How long a cookie is kept depends on its type and purpose. Some cookies last only until you close the browser; others may stay on your device longer. The cookie that remembers your consent currently lasts 6 months.
